- Acompanhamento dos chamados pelo técnico.
- Possibilidade de inicialização e finalização dos chamados.
- Coleta da localização no inicio e na finalização dos chamados.
- Coleta da assinatura do cliente na finalização dos chamados.
- Coleta do trajeto realizado pelo técnico.
- Possibilidade de edição de informações técnicas dos clientes e dos serviços.
- Possibilidade de gerar o PDF das faturas dos clientes ou encaminha-las por e-mail.
- Integração com as permissões dos operadores definidas no Sistema TopSapp.
