لخدمتكم بشكل أفضل، أطلقت "السعودية الكهرباء"، الاصدار الجديد لتطبيق الكهرباء ، الذي يتيح لكم حزمة من الخدمات الجديدة أبرزها :
-التسجيل عن طريق التطبيق.
- خدمات حسابي (تعريف حساب، بدء خدمة، إنهاء الخدمة).
- نقل الملكية.
- حساب لا يخصني.
- مركز الرسائل.
- طلبات حجز الموعد.
- طلبات الفواتير.
- عرض خطة الأقساط.
- استعراض كل الطلبات والبلاغات الخاصة بالمشترك.
تطبيق يساعد المستهلك السكني لمعرفة قيمة فاتورته التقديرية بناء على آخر قراءة بالعداد مما يساعده في ضبط استهلاكه وتخفيض قيمة فاتورتهكيف يتم حساب الفاتورة ؟
- يتم حساب شريحة الاستهلاك على أساس الاستهلاك اليومي حفظا لحقوق المشتركين والشركة في حال تغير فترة الاستهلاك عن 30 يوم وذلك حسب المعادلة التالية :
1000 ÷ 30 = 33.33 ك.و.س يومياً لكل شريحة
بمعنى لو كانت فترة الاستهلاك 32 يوما فان حساب الشريحة :
32 × 33.33 = 1067 ك.و.س
ولو كانت فترة الاستهلاك 28 يوما فان حساب الشريحة :
28 × 33.33 = 933 ك.و.سحرصا من الشركة السعودية للكهرباء على تطوير خدماتها و استمرار تواصلها مع مشتركيها،

To serve you better, "Saudi Electricity" launched the new version of the Kahraba application, which provides you with a package of new services, most notably:
Registration through the application.
- My Account Services (defining an account, starting a service, ending a service).
Transfer of ownership.
An account that does not belong to me.
Message Center.
Appointment booking requests.
- Invoice requests.
- View the premium plan.
- Review all requests and communications for the subscriber.
An application that helps the residential consumer to know the value of his estimated bill based on the last meter reading, which helps him to adjust his consumption and
reduce the value of his bill How is the bill calculated?
- The consumption segment is calculated on the basis of daily consumption in order to preserve the rights of subscribers and the company in the event that the consumption
period changes from 30 days, according to the following equation:
1000 ÷ 30 = 33.33 kWh per day per slice
In other words, if the depreciation period is 32 days, then calculate the bracket:
32 x 33.33 = 1067 kWh
And if the consumption period is 28 days, then calculate the bracket:
28 x 33.33 = 933 kWh In the interest of the Saudi Electricity Company to develop its services and continue its communication with its subscribers,
