is aimed at simplifying the selling experience of its insurance agents with the aid of a streamlined and interactive support system. The agents can use this app to complete
the policy sale process including collection of payment from customer via electronic mode.

Log in to the system with the same credentials as that of Spectrum login.
The product display remains the same as that on the Max Bupa website.
The work basket makes way for draft saved proposal editing, capturing historical data and checking the status of a submitted application.
Agent gets the option to make online payment, modes of payment being the same as that on Max Bupa website.
Post the payment submission, policy number is generated and e-kit is sent to both, the customer and the agent.
The agent as well the customer are notified via e-mail and SMS.
