Whenever you need maintenance or repair for your instruments, you can use Service Connect to easily send a service request to Sartorius in just a few steps. To do this, select
your relevant instrument previously entered from the Instrument Manager, describe the reason for your request and add your contact details. Your service request can be sent at
your own convenience and a member of the Sartorius Service team will contact you as soon as possible.
