Budafok-Tétény mobilalkalmazásának célja az állampolgárok bevonása a helyi területek gondozásába, és az elégedettség növelése. Az alkalmazással a kerületi
lakosok könnyedén bejelenthetik a közterületen tapasztalható hibákat, ezzel is segítve a városkép szépségének megtartását. A bejelentés egyenesen a Polgármesteri Hivatalba
illetékes irodájára fut be, és a felhasználók végig nyomon követhetik bejelentéseik alakulását: a bejelentés állapotának változásáról automatikus értesítést kapnak. A
megoldott bejelentések pedig mindenki által látható módon nyomon követhetőek az alkalmazáson belül. Az alkalmazás használatához és a bejelentéshez nem szükséges
regisztráció, azonban az irányítószámok szerinti kerületi tájékoztatók fogadására csak regisztrált felhasználók jogosultak.
Fontos, hogy csak közterületen található hibák bejelentésére szolgál az alkalmazás.
Amennyiben egy bejelentett hiba nem tartozik kerületi hatáskörbe, akkor a bejelentett hibák továbbításra kerülnek az illetékes szervekhez és azok elintézését követően a
bejelentő értesítést kap a probléma megoldásáról.
A bejelenthető hibák köre:

- Rongált jelzőtábla
- Közvilágítás
- Sérült járda
- Hulladék probléma
- Rongált eszköz közterületen
- Csatorna, vízelvezető probléma

Bejelentésnél megadható kézzel is a hiba címe, térképen is megjelölhető, de a telefon gps-ét kihasználva egy gombnyomással is rögzíthető a hiba helye. Bejelentéshez képet és
leírást is lehet csatolni, ami megkönnyíti az ügyintézők munkáját a hiba azonosításában.
Az alkalmazás bejelentő funkcióján felül:
- megtalálhatóak a legfrissebb hírek a kerületi építkezésekről, felújításokról, esetleges útlezárásokról, így mindig naprakész lehet;
- tájékoztató jellegű push-üzeneteket fogadhat a Polgármesteri Hivataltól;
- a felhasználók kerületről találhatnak rövid hasznos információkat;
- az alkalmazás információt nyújt a hivatalos ügyek intézéséhez;
- kerületi rendezvényekkel kapcsolatos információk is megtalálhatóak az információk menüpontban.
