Use Time Manager 1.7 [free]

You may be annoyed by the fact that your child is spending too many timeon playing with the smart phone. With this app installed,you can limit thecontinuous use time of the smart phone.When the time limit is reached,the smart phone will be locked for a while. Of course,you can unlocked itimmediately by entering the password which is setup by you.Once you install the app and if you want to uninstall it,you should firstly go to[Settings->Locations & security->Select device administrators] and disable[Use Time Manager].Then you can uninstall this app normally.
In addition , at the time of the phone call, the screen will not be locked.
